This 1970s Yema Sous-Marine is a funky cool diver from the period when Yema made some of their best watches. Featuring a unique square case design, a functional bi-directional dive bezel, chunky raised hour markers with rectangular white hands, and a beautiful deep chocolate brown gradient dial with date at 3 o’clock. The dial and hands contain tritium lume that appears in a warm yellow hue (lume no longer functional as expected). The watch is in stunning condition. The watch has a new acrylic dive crystal, freshly cleaned hands and dial, an overhauled original bezel, a case refinished to OEM specs, a new mesh bracelet, and a unique French made FE3612 (France Ebauches) automatic movement that has been overhauled and restored to OEM specs. This Yema Sous-Marine is in beautiful restored condition as per our extensive restoration and authentication process.

This Sous-Marine features the FE3612 automatic movement with date. The date function has semi-quickset (cycle between 9 o’clock and 12 o’clock to advance the date). The beat rate for this watch is 21,600 vph. The watch is 39mm and is nearly square, the bracelet is 22mm wide. The new adjustable bracelet will fit wrists up to 8″ in diameter making it suitable for any wrist size. The caseback and crown have new gaskets and combined with the new dive crystal, this watch features high-range water resistance.

As with all our restored pieces we sell, this 1970s Yema Sous-Marine comes with our zero-headache warranty.
