Your watchmaking experience

Verify your location

Ensure you are located in one of the countries we accept watchmaking projects from. Currently this is: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and most of Europe including France, Switzerland, Germany, Austria.

Submit The Form Below

Fill out the Watchmaking Request Form with your information below. Once you submit this form an email will be sent to you with further instructions as well as a shipping label.

Check Your Email

Once you receive the email (check your spam too), send your watch to us. We prefer that you use your country’s postal service, for example, use USPS if you live in the US or Canada Post in Canada. If requested, list the contents of your package as “watch for repair, to be returned”. Listing the contents this way ensures no extra charges are incurred by us during shipping that we would have to pass on to you.

We contact you

When we receive your watch we will contact you with an estimated cost and an idea of how long the work will take before we proceed. Once the work is complete we will send you an invoice.

We return your watch

Once your invoice is paid we will ship your watch back to you. A tracking number will be provided to you so you may track your package. Enjoy your watch, all of our watchmaking work comes with a warranty!

Shipping address

You will receive a shipping label in your email if you submit the watchmaking request form below, please send your watch to our shipping address (also shown below). Please use your postal system (USPS if you live in the US, Canada Post in Canada, etc), and, if requested, list the contents of your package as “watch for repair, to be returned”, this ensures no extra charges are incurred by us.
