Watchmaking time estimates

How long will it take? Our current up-to-date watchmaking time estimates are listed below. Times do not include shipping times. Service Time is the estimate of how long it will take us to do a full service and send your watch back to you if no additional parts need to be ordered. Part Delivery Time varies largely due to Covid-19 delivery delays and also depending on the supplier we need to use, but this is a general estimate of how long our part delivery times currently take. In general Service Time and Part Delivery Time happen in parallel.

Watchmaking Timeline

We receive your watch

This is when we receive your watch. Once your watch is received we will notify you.

We update you and get approval

We will assess your watch and let you know the approximate cost and time needed. If you approve we procees to step 3.

We finish your watch

We will complete the watchmaking work and let you know. We will then send you the invoice for the work performed.

We send your watch back

Once your invoice has been paid we will send your watch back to you. We will let you know your watch has been shipped and provide you with a tracking number.
