A fantastic diver from Wyler! This watch is the Heavy Duty version from the line of dive watches Wyler offered in the 1960s. Wyler was founded in 1896 and was known for their “rugged and shockproof movements and models”. This Wyler Heavy Duty 660 is very rare and features a wonderful matte black cross hair dial, warm tritum lume on the hands and dial (lume not functional as expected), a fantastic set of hands with a red second hand, a functional bidirectional bezel, a one-piece stainless steel case, and a screw down crown at 4 o’clock. The watch features a restored original OEM Wyler brand dive crystal with cyclops window, delicately cleaned dial and hands, original “lifeguard” one-piece case restored to OEM finishing, functional bi-directional bezel, new solid-link bracelet, and a Wyler WH236 “incaflex” modified ETA 2772 automatic movement that has been overhauled and restored to OEM specs. The watch is in beautiful restored condition as per our extensive restoration and authentication process.

This Wyler Heavy Duty Diver features an overhauled and restored original Wyler WH236 “incaflex” (base movement ETA 2772) automatic movement that runs at 21,600 vph. The movement features an interesting “incaflex” balance wheel designed to be more reliable under extreme conditions, which is a unique feature from Wyler. The watch is 35mm in diameter and takes a 18mm strap. The new solid-link bracelet will fit wrists up to 7 3/4″. The dial, case, movement, crystal are all signed Wyler. The watch has a one-piece steel case with no caseback, and the screw-down crown has a new gasket, and as a result, this watch features high-range water resistance.
