The Hermann Becker 312 watch movement is a result of a joint development project between Hamilton-Buren, Breitling, and Heuer, occurring between 1969 and the present day. This movement incorporates the Dubois-Depraz 8510 module onto a modified Buren 1281 base. It features a crown position at 9 o'clock and utilizes a micro rotor. The movement is equipped with a double excenter regulator for curb pins and a stud carrier. A notable characteristic of the Hermann Becker 312 is its indirectly driven minute, allowing for a low profile design. The functions of this movement include an automatic chronograph with 60-second, 30-minute, and 12-hour indications, cam switching. Additionally, it offers a date function that can be adjusted by changing the 21-24-hour setting. Overall, the Hermann Becker 312 is an automatic movement with calendar and chronograph capabilities, and it has been utilized from 1969 onwards.
