The A. Schild 629 watch movement is a mechanical movement featuring a pin-lever escapement. It is manual wind and includes a sweep second function. The movement also incorporates an indirect minute hand friction clutch on the barrel. While the differences between the 85 and 85N are unknown, the A. Schild 629 movement was commonly used around the 1960s.
