At EmmyWatch we strive to restore watches back to within OEM specs, as a result, we generally expect OEM-like accuracy. Accuracy is largely dependent on the watch brand and period. For example, in the 1940s accuracy standards of the top brands weren’t the same as they were in the 1960s, and in the 1960s they weren’t the same as the the 1990s, etc. In general we try to get all watches running < +-10s per day, with some older pieces being < +-15s per day.

Our watches tend to sell fast once they are posted to the store. Unfortunately, sometimes a watch will sell before you have a chance to buy it. For this reason, we have created the EmmyWatch watch release newsletter and web notifications. Be sure to subscribe and never miss a watch again!

When you purchase a watch on EmmyWatch you always receive a warranty with your new watch. The warranty covers any manufacturing, functional, or restoration defeats for a period of 1 year. For specifics please see our warranty section for more information.

Yes! The EmmyWatch headquarters is located in 🇺🇸 Dallas, Texas. Visits in-person are currently by-appointment. Please contact us to book an appointment to visit the EmmyWatch headquarters.

Watches are packed up safely and shipped to you. All packages are shipped from our 🇺🇸 Dallas, Texas location. Generally we use Fedex for shipments within the United States and USPS for international shipments. All shipments are sent with tracking and signature options to ensure you receive the watch without issue. If you prefer using a specific shipping method, please contact us and we can try to accommodate you.

We collect sales tax for all purchases within the United States in accordance with state law. For our international customers we generally don’t collect tax from you during your purchase. When the watch is received by you there may be tax levied by your country for your purchase. Please contact us if you have any concerns.
