The Zenith 1110 watch movement, produced from 1953 to 1962 with a total of 100,000 units manufactured, features a manual wind mechanism. It incorporates an indirectly driven minute hand which allows for a large balance and low overall profile. The movement includes a hacking feature, achieved by stopping the 4th wheel, although it is less common than the balance-based hacking mechanism. Additionally, it incorporates Incabloc Shock Protection for enhanced durability. This movement also includes a sub-second feature and sweep seconds function.
