The Universal Geneve 2-42 is an open face mechanical watch movement that was used during the period 1949-. It features a stem wind and set function, along with a sub second display. The movement incorporates a Breguet hairspring and was originally known as the Omega 38.5L T1 before being renamed Omega 160.
