The Unitas 522 watch movement is part of a series of movements, including the 984, 1009, 1010, 1013, 1028, 1033, 1035, 1038, 1048, 1050, 1055, 1077, 1084, 1089, 1091, 1211, 1218, 1231, 1259, 1277, 1285, 1313, 1377, 1440, and 1614, with no known differences except for bridge shapes. Its notable features include manual winding, sub-second and sweep-second functions, and automatic winding capability. It also incorporates KIF Shock Protection. The Unitas 522 movement was utilized approximately in the 1940s.
