The Standard 969-4 is a manual wind watch movement introduced in the mid-1970s. It is also known as the 160 movement. The movement features a sweep seconds hand, a day and date display, and a calendar with quickset functionality. The day is set by changing the 21-24 hour indication, while the date can be adjusted by repeatedly pulling and pushing the crown. The movement also includes Incabloc Shock Protection for enhanced durability.
