The Seiko 6206B is a mechanical watch movement introduced in 1995. It features a sophisticated excenter self-winding mechanism with just one gear stage. This movement is automatic, eliminating the need for manual winding. It incorporates a sweep second hand and a day/date calendar at 3:00, with the day function having a quickset feature in two languages. Additionally, the date function also offers a quickset feature. The central hours, minutes, and sweeping seconds hands provide the essential timekeeping functions of the Seiko 6206B movement.
