The Seiko 5621A is an automatic watch movement that features a sweep seconds hand, as well as a day and date display. The day function is adjustable by changing 21:15-24h and is available in two languages. The date can be quickly set by repeatedly pulling the crown. This movement was in use around the period of 1990.
