The Seiko 5601A watch movement was introduced in 1972. Early versions of this movement featured a separate click and click-spring, while later iterations incorporated a single-part click. This movement is a self-winding automatic mechanism that includes a digital display for seconds, minutes, and jumping hour. Additionally, it offers a date function that can be adjusted by changing the time to 20:30-24h. The Seiko 5601A movement has been utilized since its inception in 1972.
