The Roseba 55/2 watch movement, also known as Vympel, Poljot 2209, and early Roseba 55/2, was in production from 1961 to 1975. In 1975, the manufacturing of this movement was transferred to another factory. Late samples of the Roseba 55/2 movement featured different mobile stud carriers and a ring balance. Functionally, this movement is a manual wind movement with a sweep second hand.
