The ETA caliber 2834-2 is a Swiss made automatic movement with a day-date complication. It features a day display at 12 o'clock and a date display at 3 o'clock (possibly 6 o'clock depending on the dial design). The movement offers a sweep seconds hand, a quickset function for both the day and date, and a hack feature. It was introduced in 1982 and continues to be used.
