The Omega T12.6 watch movement is a mechanical movement design with a period of use starting from 1971. It features a temporary or optionally micrometer regulator, allowing for precise adjustments. The movement incorporates a manual wind mechanism, a sweep second hand for accurate timekeeping, and includes quickset functions for both the day and date features. Additionally, it incorporates a hack feature, enabling the second hand to stop when the crown is pulled out.
