The Omega 243 watch movement, also known as the 160-167 series, was introduced around 1975. This manual wind movement features a sweep second hand and a quickset date function, which can be adjusted by repeatedly pulling and pushing the crown. Noteworthy technical features include a strangely minute wheel running on a ruby stud, adjustable stud holder, and Incabloc shock protection.
