The Omega 23.7 is a hand-wound, cam-operated chronograph movement used from 1969 to 1978. It offers a range of functions including a manual-wind chronograph with counters for seconds, minutes, and hours. The movement also features a sub-second display. Different versions of this movement include the Valjoux 7733 with counters for seconds and minutes, the Valjoux 7734 with counters for seconds and minutes along with a date display, and the Valjoux 7737 with a regatta countdown.
