The Omega 1001 watch movement is an automatic mechanical movement with a jewel-bearing rotor. It is part of a series that includes the 705, 705N, and 708, although the exact differences between these models are not known. The Omega 1001 movement features sub-second indication and was commonly used in watches produced around the 1950s.
