
The Miyota 1L12 watch movement, introduced in 1972, was one of the first ETA quartz movements. It features a quartz-controlled stepper motor, a sweep second function, a quickset date complication, an electrical hack feature, electronic operation, stop seconds function, and quartz technology. This movement was used from 1972 onwards.
