The Lemania 1340 watch movement is an automatic movement with two roller freewheels and a regulation gear. It belongs to a family of movements based on the manual wind calibre AS 1687/1688. The automatic mechanism is a collaborative development of Doxa, Eberhard, Favre-Leuba, Girard-Perregaux, and Zodiac. The specific differences between the 32 and 32.09 movements are not known. This movement includes functions such as automatic winding, sweep second hand, and a date feature that can be set by changing the 21-24h. It was commonly used during the approximate period of 1960.
