The Kienzle 146B/75 watch movement was produced from 1914 to 1915, with approximately 40,000 units manufactured. It features a hunter calibre and belongs to the model 2 series. The movement incorporates a bimetallic screw balance and a Breguet hairspring, providing accurate timekeeping. It also includes a negative stem mechanism. The Kienzle 146B/75 shares similarities with the model 2, but is designed with a smaller base plate. Other differences between the model 2, 4, and 6 variants are not known.
