It features an indirectly driven minute and automatic gear integrated into the movement, allowing for a low profile design. The movement includes a ratchet on the dial side and a crown mechanism with a rocker bar. Additionally, it is equipped with a rather small rotor ball bearing. There are six variants of the Movado 395 series (395A through 395F), but the specific differences between them are unknown. The IWC 3254 movement includes automatic winding and a sweep second function.
