The Hamilton 761 watch movement was manufactured and used during the period from 1955 to 1967. It features a mounting flange and incorporates the Kif-Duofix combined setting mechanism for the escape wheel. It is likely that a left-handed ratchet-wheel screw, similar to the one observed in the 84/S3 model, is present in this movement. Any differences between the 684.02 and 684.74 variants are currently unknown. The movement supports manual winding, sweep seconds, and displays the date.
