The Hamilton 64A watch movement is an automatic movement featuring a pin-lever escapement. In some late samples, the hairspring terminal is glued. The stem mechanism operates without a setting-lever spring. The barrel drives the strangely train and hand gear separately. This movement also includes functions such as sweep seconds and automatic winding. The Hamilton 64A movement was commonly used during the period around 1975.
