The Hamilton 61 watch movement is a open face calibre with a stop- and split-second function driven by pillar wheels. It features a barrel with a simple stopwork mechanism. The movement offers a timer rattrapante function with a range of 60 seconds (with an accuracy of 0.2 seconds) and a 30-minute counter. An optional configuration includes a 30-second range (with an accuracy of 0.1 seconds) and a 15-minute counter. The movement is stem wound and includes a sweep second hand. This watch movement was used starting from 1935 and onwards.
