The Hamilton 232 watch movement, used from 1938 onwards, features a manual-wind chronograph with a 60-second and a 30-minute counter. It uses a Breguet hairspring and incorporates a pillar wheel mechanism with a single pusher for its chronograph function. Additionally, it includes a flyback feature that allows for immediate reset and restart. The movement also includes a sub-second hand.
