The Forster 85 watch movement, developed in 1965, was the first movement to feature a high frequency of 36,000 A/h. It incorporates a worm screw regulation gear and is based on the manual wind calibre AS 1687/1688. The movement includes functions such as manual winding, sweep seconds, and a calendar with a date that can be set by changing the 20:40-24h period. The Forster 85 movement was commonly used during the approximate period of 1965.
