The Forster 228 is a detached manual wind watch movement that was produced from 1971 to 1977. It features automatic winding, a sweep second function, and a day and date display. The day is set by changing the time to 17:30-24h, while the date can be quickly set by repeatedly pushing the crown. The movement also includes a calendar function.
