The Eterna 1116H watch movement, manufactured from 1958 to 1967, underwent a significant modification in 1964, transitioning from a fixed to a mobile stud carrier. By incorporating an indirectly driven minute mechanism, this movement enabled the inclusion of a larger balance and a sleek low-profile design. The movement incorporates several functions, including manual winding, a sweep second hand, and a date display that can be set by adjusting the 21-24 hour range.
