The ETA 786 watch movement, produced between 1898 and 1903 with a total of 178,000 units, features a hunter calibre and model 6. It incorporates a bimetallic screw balance and a Breguet hairspring for increased accuracy. The movement is equipped with a negative stem mechanism, allowing for both winding and setting functions to be achieved through the stem in lever position. Additionally, it includes a sub-second display.
