The ETA 2892A2 watch movement, used between 1962 and 1967, features a micro rotor and incorporates a double jewel bearing system if 30 jewels. With a double excenter regulator for curb pins and stud carrier, the movement also includes a selfwinding gear that utilizes direction switching through a pinion that floats between two large jewels. Additionally, the movement allows for indirectly driven minute and second hands, providing a low profile design. Notable functions of the ETA 2892A2 include automatic winding, a sweep second hand, and a date feature that can be set by changing the 23-24 hour time.
