The Citizen 8200 watch movement, used during the period 1975-1978, features an integrated automatic gear within the movement itself, rather than being attached to a manual-wind calibre. This design allows for a center space for a robust rotor bearing, despite the movement's low profile. Additionally, it offers an indirectly driven sweep second hand and minute hand. The movement includes an automatic winding mechanism and quickset functions for both the day and date displays.
