The Citizen 5321 watch movement is an open face calibre with a stop function controlled by a pillar wheel. It features a barrel with stopwork, limiting it to 0.8 barrel revolutions. The early calibres of this movement have limited and contradictory documentation, making it difficult to provide detailed information. However, it is known to include several functions such as a timer with intervals of 60 seconds (with accuracy up to 0.2 seconds) and 30 minutes, controlled by a pillar wheel. Additionally, it offers optional configurations for a timer with intervals of 30 seconds (0.1 seconds) and 15 minutes, as well as a timer with intervals of 10 seconds (with 1/30th of a second accuracy) and 5 minutes. The Citizen 5321 movement is also equipped with an additional timer, stem wind, and a sweep second hand.
