The Certina 20-10 is a mechanical watch movement that was produced between 1895 and 1899, with a total of 9100 units manufactured during that period. This open face calibre, known as model 7, features a bimetallic screw balance and a Breguet hairspring, ensuring precise timekeeping. It incorporates a negative stem mechanism which allows for easy switching between winding and setting the time. Additional functions of the Certina 20-10 include stem wind, which can be switched using either the crown or the lever, as well as a sub-second display.
