The Bettlach 8104 watch movement is an automatic calibre with two roller freewheels and a ball-bearing rotor. It features a regulation gear and is derived from the manual wind calibre AS 1687/1688. The automatic mechanism is a collaborative effort between Doxa, Eberhard, Favre-Leuba, Girard-Perregaux, and Zodiac. There are no known differences between the 32.19, 32.29, 32.4, and 32.9 variations of this movement. The functions of the Bettlach 8104 movement include automatic winding, sweep seconds, and a date function that is adjusted by changing 20:40-24h. This movement was commonly used around 1965.
