The Alpina 413 watch movement was manufactured between 1940 and 1942. It is equipped with a Breguet hairspring. The 10AX shares similar characteristics with the 10AE and 10AN movements, incorporating only minor differences. The movement features manual winding and a subsidiary seconds hand.
