The Alpina 246 is a mechanical watch movement which features a ball-bearing rotor. This movement offers a manual wind function and includes a sweep second hand. It also has a date function that can be quickly set by repeated pulling of the crown. Additionally, the Alpina 246 movement includes a calendar display. It was primarily used during the period of approximately 1970.
