The A. Schild 999 watch movement, introduced in 1961, shares similarities with the 1135 movement but features a larger barrel and utilizes Duro-Swing shock protection instead of Duro-Shock. It is a manual wind movement with a calendar function that allows the date to be set by +/-24h. Additionally, it incorporates a sweep second hand, providing accurate timekeeping. The A. Schild 999 movement was in use from 1961 onwards.
