The A. Schild 712 watch movement, introduced in 1972, features a manual wind mechanism and a sweep second function. In early samples, the movement had a separate click and click-spring, while later versions adopted a single-part click design. Additionally, this movement offers a day and date display, with the day set by changing the time between 18:00 and 23:30, and the date set by changing the time between 21:00 and 24:00. The A. Schild 712 movement has been used since 1972.
