The A. Schild 2066 watch movement, introduced in 1958, incorporates a winding gear made from beryllium bronze. Its notable Incastar regulator, the only large-scale produced regulator featuring a free oscillating hairspring, adjusts the length of the spring by fixing its end between two rollers. This design eliminates the isochronism error caused by the gap between the regulator pins. Additionally, the A. Schild 2066 movement boasts the smallest diameter for a serial automatic movement with a sweep second function.
