Return To ShopThe A. Schild 1902 watch movement, introduced in 1966, is renowned for being the thinnest automatic movement until 2003, only surpassed by the Piguet 71 with a height of 2.4mm. It features a micro-rotor mechanism with four ball-bearings for enhanced efficiency. The Girocap combined settings for the escapement wheel offer precision and stability. Additionally, the indirectly driven minute hand allows for a low-profile design. This movement encompasses automatic winding functionality and includes a date function that can be adjusted by changing between 21-24h settings. It has been utilized from 1966 onwards.
