The A. Schild 1636 watch movement features a pin-lever escapement and a stem mechanism without a setting-lever spring. In late samples, the hairspring terminal is glued. This movement is characterized by the peculiar arrangement of the train and hand gear, as they are separately driven by the barrel. It consists of various functions, including automatic winding and a sweep second hand. The A. Schild 1636 movement was commonly used around the year 1975.
