The A. Schild 1563 watch movement is an automatic mechanical movement that was adopted by Longines when they acquired the Record design. The movement line includes a micrometer regulator and has variants with a frequency of 21600A/h. It is unclear if the later variants were also available as Record calibres. The A. Schild 1563 movement features a sweep second hand and a date function that can be quickly set by repeatedly pushing the crown. This movement was commonly used around 1972.
