The A. Schild 1479 watch movement, produced from 1960 to 1962, features a micro rotor and a detached manual winding mechanism. It incorporates Girocap combined settings for the escapement wheel and a micrometer regulator, enabling precise adjustments. The indirectly driven minute and second functions allow for a low-profile design. It shares similarities with the 215 movement but boasts an enhanced winding mechanism. Additionally, this movement provides automatic functionality and a sweep seconds function.
