Return To ShopThe A. Schild 1442N is an open face calibre watch movement with a winding gear that features a rocker on the back side. It incorporates a timer with various functionalities, including 0.1s (0.01s), 6s, 6min, and a pillar wheel. The movement is designed for stem winding and includes sub dials for measuring 1/100 seconds, seconds, and minutes. Additionally, it includes a stop over wheel on the escape-wheel arbor to measure 1/100 seconds. Early samples of the movement also featured an additional balance brake. The A. Schild 1442N movement has been used since 1962.
