The A. Schild 1359 is a mechanical watch movement that features a manual wind function, sweep seconds, and a date display that can be quickly set by reverse setting. It includes a jeweled lever and a calendar feature. Notably, in late samples, the hairspring terminal is glued and the stem mechanism does not include a setting-lever spring. Additionally, the train and hand gear are strangely driven separately by the barrel. This movement was utilized during the approximate period of 1970.
