The differences between the 7018A and 7018B variations are not known. This movement offers several functions including an automatic chronograph with 60-second and 30-minute measurements, cam switching, a day display that can be quickset by repeatedly pushing the crown, with two language options, and a quickset date function. Additionally, the movement provides a chronograph feature, automatic winding, a day and date display, and a calendar. This movement was commonly used around 1974.
