The A. Schild 1142 watch movement is based on a modified ETA base plate, which is signed as ETA 900. Limited information is available regarding the differences between the CE4 and CE14 versions of this movement. The CE14 movement features a manual winding mechanism and a sub-second function. Additionally, it offers a day indicator that can be set by changing the time between 20:15 and 24:00 in a 24-hour format, as well as a date hand that can be quickly adjusted by repeatedly pushing the crown. This movement is believed to have been used around the 1950s.
